‘Arnold Palmer’

Bay Hill was so severe

Bay Hill was so severe on Friday that nearly all players outlined it would be hard for anybody to shoot a low figure.

Yet Sean O’Hair started with 3 straight birdies and didn’t go down a shot in anticipation of his final hole, which give him a 5-under 65 for a three-shot go in front over Jason Gore at 8-under 132 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

Tiger Woods reserved his chase for a sixth title at Bay Hill alive, courtesy of a small game that twisted a middling round into a 69 to put him in fifth position at five shots at the back at 137.
